Welcome to the PILSUM Vacation Home! This charming vacation home is located in the idyllic village of Warfendorf Pilsum, just about 3 kilometers from the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. You can reach the Greetsiel harbor in about 15 minutes via a safe bike path—ideal for leisurely bike rides.
With 120 m² of space, this spacious vacation home offers plenty of room for up to 4 guests. Upon entering, the hallway leads directly into the bright, well-equipped kitchen, which features a small, cozy seating area. Right next door is the light-filled 37 m² living and dining area, which offers a wonderful view of the spacious garden. Here you can relax with a cup of East Frisian tea and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Cozy seating invites you to unwind. From the living area, you have access to the terrace, which is perfect for relaxing outdoors.
The first floor also features a bedroom with a double bed, promising restful nights. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a second small bathroom with a toilet and shower complete the lower living area. External roller shades are provided throughout.
Upstairs, another bedroom with a double bed awaits you, offering soothing tranquility after an eventful day of vacation.
The large garden is a little paradise and, on a clear day, even offers a view of the Pilsum Cross Church. The patio is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture and is perfect for cozy barbecue evenings. Here, you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air and the soothing tranquility of the surroundings. You’ll find another seating area in the back of the garden.
Wi-Fi and a private parking space are, of course, available for your use. You can use the garage to store any bicycles you bring with you. E-bikes can be charged there. Please do not use it as a car garage. The house’s location offers ideal conditions for activities such as hiking, fishing, and biking.
