“Zur Marsch,” the rear of the two vacation apartments, measures 100 m² and spans two floors. The separate entrance on the side of the house is accessible from the parking lot via a lighted paved path. In front of the living area is a sunny terrace offering a beautiful, sweeping view of the adjacent meadows of the marshlands. The garden belonging to this apartment, with its large lawn, offers plenty of space for relaxation and play. In the open-concept living area, the large gallery also offers a beautiful view of the expansive landscape. The numerous windows in the living room and the adjacent kitchen and dining area, along with the gate-like door leading to the garden, create a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth on cool evenings or windy fall and winter days.
With one bedroom upstairs and one downstairs, the apartment is suitable for guests of all ages. There is a full bathroom with a shower and toilet on both the lower and upper floors. The lower bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower. The bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a comfortable double bed. The upstairs bedroom has two single beds, and the loft has a daybed with two mattresses. The apartment is suitable for both couples and families with children.

The “Pilsumer Warfthaus” is quietly situated in the old village center of Pilsum with its idyllic alleys and the imposing Kreuzkirche.
Pilsum is one of the typical mound villages in the East Frisian municipality of Krummhörn. The village is located 2 km from the North Sea dike with its salt marshes and the Wadden Sea, and 3.5 km from the well-known fishing village and vacation resort of Greetsiel.

The “Pilsumer Warfthaus,” lovingly built in 2018, blends stylistically into the village landscape with its old farmhands’ houses and large Gulfhöfe. Surrounded by a large garden with quiet seating areas, guests of all ages can find peace and relaxation in two spacious and age-appropriate vacation apartments for two to six people in a rural setting.
The “Am Dorf” vacation apartment faces the village side, with its surrounding brick houses and the Kreuzkirche towering above it all. The “Zur Marsch” vacation apartment offers a beautiful view across the gently sloping garden to the meadows and fields of the open marshlands.
