About this house rental
Welcome to Dinas Huus, a lovingly renovated vacation home in the idyllic village of Warfendorf Pilsum—just about 3 km from the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel. The house, which features a sauna, offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation on the North Sea and is perfect for up to 4 people.
The first floor welcomes you with two cozy bedrooms, each equipped with high-quality box-spring double beds (please bring a large fitted sheet, 180 x 200 cm). External roller blinds provide pleasant shade and ensure peaceful nights.
Right next door is the modern, bright bathroom with a window, double sinks, and a large walk-in shower. A separate toilet and a practical storage room complete the lower living area.
The in-house sauna is the first special highlight on the first floor—ideal for relaxing after a day in the fresh North Sea air.
On the upper floor, a spacious, light-filled living and dining area with an open kitchen awaits you. Several skylights offer a breathtaking view of the vast East Frisian landscape. You can relax on the comfortable couch with a cup of East Frisian tea and enjoy the view, or be entertained by the modern flat-screen TV.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook your favorite meals. The large dining table comfortably seats all guests—and also offers a beautiful view of the countryside. (Note: The small balcony is currently unavailable.)
Relax on the patio with a magnificent view of the countryside and breathe in the fresh North Sea air.
Your dog is welcome!
Wi-Fi is available. There is a bike shed for secure storage of your bicycles. A parking space is located right next to the house.
Note regarding linens:
Linens are not included in the rental price. We ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.
If you prefer, we’d be happy to provide both upon prior arrangement:
Bedding: €10.00 per set and towels: €5.00 per set
We’ll leave the ordered linens for you in a laundry bag at the property. The beds will not be made!
Payment is very straightforward—it is included with the visitor’s tax as part of the final payment.
