Nestled in the heart of the Grésivaudan Valley, between the Belledonne and Chartreuse mountain ranges, Maison d'Andrea is a rare 19th-century vineyard house that once belonged to the local château estate.
Owned by the same family for more than six generations, the house was completely renovated in 2012 by one of its heirs and her American husband after many years spent living in the United States. Their ambition was to preserve the soul of a historic French family home while incorporating the comfort, practicality and generous living spaces often found in American homes.
The result is a unique 450 m² residence where original oak parquet floors, antique furniture, family heirlooms and carefully selected contemporary pieces coexist naturally. Every room tells a story while offering the comfort expected by modern travellers.
Far more than a vacation rental, Maison d'Andrea remains a living family home where generations have gathered, celebrated and welcomed friends from around the world. Accommodating up to 18 guests across 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and additional mezzanine sleeping spaces, the property is ideal for family reunions, multi-generational holidays, celebrations, professional retreats and extended stays.
Designed for Togetherness: Unlike many large holiday homes, Maison d'Andrea was designed to balance communal living and personal privacy.
