We had a fanstastic week's stay at the property. After some minor teething issues regarding the included shuttle service, we were smooth sailing! The chalet is beautiful and has every piece of equipment you could possibly need. It has a lovely view from the balcony and isn't far from the lifts. It has on-site parking and is easily accessible via the shuttle service. Many thanks to Rachel and her team for a fantastic stay.

It's located on a very steep hill, so definitely make use of the shuttle!

Our family stayed at this chalet for 6 nights in April 2025, and we were blown away by how beautiful the place is. The chalet is absolutely perfect - it has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, all decorated to a high specification and all very new and clean. The living area is the perfect place to host a family dinner or a fun evening, with a large table and chairs, several TVs, sofas, a big kitchen with lots of storage, and a lovely balcony again with table, chairs and a BBQ. The chalet itself overlooks the mountains, and is set above the rest of the resort so the views are excellent. The host provides a number of useful amenities including coffee beans for the coffee machine, salt, pepper, toilet rolls etc. We really appreciated this. The kitchen is fully equipped with pans, plates etc so you can cook nice dinners and host plenty of people. I must also mention the private sauna, which is a really luxurious extra, and the ski room, which has plenty of room to store your things, as well as a heated boot rack. There is also a washer / dryer for your laundry, which was a huge help for our big group. There were a lot of other features that we personally did not use, but which are great additions to an Air B&B, including a PS4, TVs in every room, access to Netflix, board games etc. Rachel has really thought of everything, and it was like staying in a home away from home. We were so happy with our stay. Rachel is a lovely host, and is very responsive at all times. She provided plenty of useful information before our stay, including recommendations for ski hire, restaurants, options for private chefs and more. She was always on hand to answer questions and provide help. The chalet stay also includes private transfers between 8am and 8pm. I cannot express how useful this service was! Anna and her team were always available within 5-10 minutes to pick us up and take us around the resort, which is super helpful when you have a large group with ski equipment.

There are several apartments in the chalet, and on the listing, it isn't clear which rooms are in which chalet. This is quite confusing and we weren't actually sure which rooms we would have on arrival. It would be better to split the chalet listings out on booking.com, or to label each image to make it clear which chalet is which. The check out time is 10am, which is a little early compared to other places I have stayed in the past. It meant our group couldn't get any skiing in on the final day, as most of the lifts open at 8:30am and we wouldn't have had time to get showers etc before travelling. A later check out time would be absolutely ideal to allow people to maximise their skiing time, but I appreciate this isn't something that is always possible.
