The chalet was beautiful, lots of space & amazing views & facilities. However there were a few things that let it down: 1. The chalet really needs to offer Towelling Robes & larger much better quality towels. For a standard of chalet & the coat, these are basic things that need to be offered. 2. The front door key fob stopped working & we were locked out after coming home after midnight. Luckily one of our guests were inside & we managed to wake them. If we hadn’t this would have been a serious matter, as the Chalet agent wasn’t picking up messages at that time. The fault was not able to be fixed, so a key was provided to have in the keysafe- i would recommend there always to be a key available as an override, 3. The fuses kept tripping, really annoying & we couldn’t get the TV to pick up the wife after that so could not watch anything English ie Netflix. Super annoying.

Incredible chalet, we were 6 adults and 5 kids and the chalet is very well suited for our group!We were the first guests at the chalet as it had just been completed and there were a few teething problems but the hosts were onsite and sorted them out quickly.The Chalet has fantastic views from all rooms, including the hot tub, and is beautifully finished. The bedrooms and living areas are all very comfortable, easily fitting us all in.The hosts, Bruno and Natalie, were great before and during our stay to answer any questions we had and communicated quickly.The shuttle service, to take us to and from the main ski lifts was brilliant and very helpful and efficient. We never waited more than a few minutes for a lift and that's during half term when it would have been a very busy week in the resort.Overall fantastic and I would recommend to anyone. We've already booked for next year!
