Although the location of the apartment was very nice (near the spar, restaurants, etc), our stay was unfortunately a bit disappointing. During our stay we reported several issues, including a broken refrigerator drawer, a faulty coffee machine, a freezer that continuously made alarm sounds, problems with the heating, and various damaged items. While the host responded to our messages, the response was generally limited to “I will pass it on” or suggestions to simply stop using the defective equipment. None of the reported issues were actually resolved during our stay, and nobody came to inspect or address the problems in person. What was particularly surprising was the strong emphasis on receiving a perfect 10/10 review afterwards. A perfect score should be earned through excellent accommodation, accurate information, and ofcourse proactive service. It should never be expected simply because guests stayed at the property. Another important point is that the apartment is advertised for 8 guests and includes 3 bathrooms. However, there is only 1 toilet in the entire apartment. For a group of 7 or 8 people, this is far from ideal and was not clearly communicated in the listing. Had we known this in advance, it would have influenced our booking decision. The location in Alpe d’Huez is excellent, but the apartment itself did not meet our expectations. A number of maintenance issues were present, communication resulted in little practical action, and the description of the facilities was not fully transparent. We hope these issues will be addressed for future guests.

excellent accommodation close to telecentre and alpe express chairlift. clean spacious perfect size for 2 families. Sandra the owner was very accomodating answering and questions we had swift on what apps. highly recommend

Nice appartement in a Chalet of 3 (or maybe 4) apartments. We were 10 adults and had plenty of space to eat, sleep and enjoy the place. Very well organised handover and very welcoming. Thank you for the stay!

Bunk beds in last room maybe a little small for larger adults.
