Super location, great views, very equipped kitchen. Good boot room.

Poop area gets busy and a bit rowdy. Not the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept on. The heating was either boiling hot or not on. You had to have heating on full to dry clothes.

apartment itself is fine, pretty much as the photos (though disappointed there are no windows in one of the bedrooms). Kitchen poorly designed (no storage) but fine.

The bunk bed room has no windows or ventilation and gets very hot. You can ski in, but not really ski out, and its an 8 minute walk uphill to the lifts. The bucket transport lift near to the apartment is unusable. Emerald Stay are pretty useless, there is no-one there to meet you on arrival, they don't explain anything about the apartment (eg how to get to the ski room which is not obvious etc) and they are very inflexible. If you arrive before 4pm they just suggest "trying to find a locker somewhere in resort". They seem to be very much a budget management company.

very clean, comfy beds, the kitchen was very well equipped . the welcome basket was a very nice gesture and the polaroid camera was fun to use. the balcony view was breathtaking, the kids playroom at the ground floor was really appreciated at noon to hide from the sun, as was the indoor pool

2 of the bath towels were stained but he had enough spairs

An excellent apartment with amazing helpful staff

A fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. indoor pool and soft play area ideal for the kids and worked well when my husband and eldest were out mountain biking. The apartment was well set out with really comfy beds. We had two families (4 adults and 4 kids) in one apartment and it was fine for space.

Be careful of dog allergies, seemed to be a lot of dog hair on the floor.

wonderful location right next to hotel grand rousse. ski in ski out from 4th floor. we had a 3 bed apartment for 4 of us - one couple and 2 men. two rooms had showers / basins and there was a separate bathroom with bath , toilet and shower as well as another separate toilet. all very clean and comfortable.

the number of codes for access. one at main door, one for apartment, one for ski room, one for ski locker and another for swimming pool! we were also given wrong code for apartment on arrival which was a bit stressful, although sorted when we rang for help. suggest ski locker and room code have same code…

Ski in/out! Checking in even at night was no problem. Well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi. Nice furniture, and general building quality. Clean apartment and building.

Would be nice with longer opening hours at the pool/spa. Closes at 1930. Would be nice with less codes to remember... 😅 Not sure heating/venting in ski locker worked? Assigned parking spot flooded and moody.

Great experience in apartment with top views, location and service

The views from the balcony were magnificent and the property and building top-notch, with common spaces for the kids and lounges to work from. Great location. Emerald Stay team very responsive and helpful with advise. Will definitely come back

Confort et emplacement de premier choix.

Son emplacement, la beauté de l’appartement et son équipement. Les petites attentions : sel, poivre, huile, produits lessive etc à disposition dès notre arrivée. Départ ski aux pieds. Proximité carrefour market, location de ski, restaurants…

L’absence des coordonnées d’un contact sur place. Tout ce fait à distance et l’ouverture de la ligne téléphonique est à 10h du matin, compliqué quand le casier à ski ne s’ouvre pas = perte d’une 1/2 journée de ski l’un des seuls jours de grand beau temps.

God beliggenhed for både ski om vinteren og hikes om sommeren. Virkelig rent og pænt. Lækkert pool område med skøn udsigt - dejligt det er indendørs, da vejret i Alperne er meget omskifteligt. Hyggelig lejlighed til fire og god altan (sol eftermiddag og aften). Dejligt med vaskemaskine i lejligheden. God, hurtig og præcis kommunikation med emerald service. Nemt selv at tjekke ind med tilsendte koder og information.

Eneste minus: Hvis du kommer med en “halvhøj” bil (fx ID4) med tagboks, kan den ikke komme ind i parkeringshuset. Porten er godt nok 2,30m høj, men den er ikke så høj alle steder, og der er monteret rør mv under loftet nogle steder, så vi måtte afmontere tagboksen for at kunne komme ind på vores p-plads. Emerald service havde oplyst, at laveste punkt er 2,10, men det er nærmere 2,0, hvis man fulgte hele vejen til vores p-plads. Men dette problem er der i mange p-anlæg i Alperne.

Понравилось все: прекрасно укомплектован номер, чистота, удобная лыжная комната, заезд на лыжах прямо к двери лыжной комнаты. Вежливый персонал ( в день рождения дочки, подарили вкусный тортик).

Нет такого. Все было прекрасно.
