The beds were comfortable, the location was good.

Difficult finding the cottage upon arrival due to the rebranding of the cottage names not being ready. Took 20 minutes after arriving before entering the cottage, with two young children after a 5 hour drive. No TV remote control available until second day, lower kitchen cupboard door had been removed not ideal with a toddler and the heating had come on full blast during the day whilst we were out all day resulting in a very hot cottage when we came home on the evening, temperatures outside already been very hot, again not ideal with two young children at bedtime. The staff were very helpful with all these issues for which we were grateful.
