Great stay with our young family

Lovely selection of cottages. You can tell the owner has thought about their guest experience. All very clean and good space for our family. Nice little play area and being able to see their animals is a lovely bonus.

Some guests a bit noisy in the table tennis room after quiet hours on the first night but it was fine after that.

Absolutely amazing 🤩🤩

The location was beautiful, and it was easy to find the location.. It was super clean, and the bed was super comfy , you get everything u needed at the property it's very peaceful, it's nice place for kids as there is plenty to keep them busy my 4 years old absolutely love the farm animals I would definitely recommend this place.. thanks a lot to Zak for making our stay amazing...

Good location in North Devon

Very comfy cottage. Good amenities on site like a games room if it's rainy and you don't want to go out for the day.

Nothing really. A bit further to walk down a steep lane if you want to walk into Combe Martin rather than driving but the peaceful location made up for that.

An excellent retreat for peace and quiet amongst a beautiful landscape

The accommodation was wonderful, welcoming and clean. A lovely little retreat to enjoy the peace and quiet. The animals certainly brought the country feel we were looking for. Would have been nice to have met the hosts.... After reading such wonderful reviews x

The accommodation and facilities were perfect and we loved it. The only thing for us as a family was the lack of local shops - we arrived not realising how far out we were from local shops etc. Basics for sell on site would have saved a stressful start - for example milk, bread, eggs etc. Having driven for hours.... A cuppa tea was much needed. Maybe a welcome hamper (obviously chargeable), with options would be great for those travelling long distances. However this was our fault as we didn't do our research before we booked. Just ideas going forward. Would defo stay again x

Relaxed place with added bonus of some farm animals for younger children to be excited about!

Loved the relaxed vibe at the farm and our children had a great time feeding the farm animals in the morning and evenings! We also liked the opportunity of buying fresh eggs daily from the owners. The bedrooms were big and the cottage was cosy with everything we needed. Location wise, it’s well placed to get to lots of places of interest.

Bed room separate from front room outside had a playroom for children and adults tennis court on the grounds we loved the pigs chickens sheep’s goats on the farm

Great spot, lovely few days

Location was perfect and it was easy to check in. Sat nav did not take us to the right place so be warned that it can be tricky to find first time. We have young children and dogs and this was a perfect, quiet spot with space for running around at the end of the day. The cottages are clean and well presented, albeit it’s not luxury accommodation. We had a great visit to the area - the location is beautiful. Kids loved visiting the animals too.

Had a great stay

This was our first air bnb experience and were very happy. Liked having an alexa and netflix. It was clean. Bed was very comfy. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. We really loved the pool/darts room. As a family with a 12 and 7 year old this space was great. Met the host he was very friendly and welcoming.

The most amazing weekend away. Not only were the cottages just absolutely stunning the games rooms and farm were amazing

We had 3 cottages for 13 of us and we were absolutely blown away. Each cottage was exceptional and everything we could need was provided. They were clean, comfortable, spacious and they all had a very homely feeling. Zak and his family were so welcoming and always there to answer any questions or help if needed. Our weekend was one of the best weekends we have had and this was a special one to celebrate our son’s 18th birthday. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!

It was a home away from home.

The property was clean and I liked that they provided basic requirements in the kitchen like salt, pepper, cooking oil. At least I didn’t need to buy or bring those. The cottage we were in felt so homey.

Probably if they can add a some form of lighting in the Parking area. We arrived late in the evening and it was very dark.

The double bed mattress was extremely thin and unsuitable for a family member with medical problems. However the single bed was more suitable for her instead. Other than that was a lovely enjoyable stay

Delightful Devon farm cottage near beaches and Dinosaur theme park.

Good location, in easy reach of some great beaches like Saunton sands, lovely family very welcoming, dog friendly, comfy beds, nice bathroom with decent sized towels, delicious eggs provided from owner's chickens, fun to feed piggies - grandson loved that, good play field and games room. But go round the slightly longer route to Combe Martin/ dinosaur theme park, that back road up and over the hill is hair-raising and leaves vegetation stuck in your car grill!😅

Nothing really... If picky, found the tin opener very reluctant to work properly so you might want to bring your own!

Peaceful and relaxing location but just a short drive to Combe Martin for beach and pubs etc.

Lovely quiet location, cottage was fully equipped and very clean. Parking not a problem. Very dog friendly with plenty of places to walk them in the morning.

Couldn’t fault it but if I’m going to be ultra picky perhaps the information pack could be updated.

A lovely getaway in the countryside!

The cottage was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Zak and his wife were so friendly and helpful, their dogs are very friendly too. Although we don't have children, this is an ideal place for families, with an area for football, tennis court, swings, adventure playground and games room - and great big kids too, husband and I had great fun!

The property was very clean and tidy and well laid out with everything we needed. Plenty for the kids to do and the owner was incredibly friendly.

The shower kept going boiling hot and then freezing cold and the double bed was very hard.

Peaceful location was ideal for touring and visiting North Devon . Very friendly host. Made to feel most welcome. The cottage had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Many extras available e.g. toys and games.

Lovely peaceful get away to beautiful North Devon

The courtyard of cottages is colourful and charming. The cottage itself provided all we needed and was a great size for my husband, me and our dog, with an open space well-equipped kitchen and comfy living room/ dining area. The bedroom was a nice size and it was so peaceful we slept like rocks! The bathroom was also a good size with a tub, which we prefer. There is a nearby field where you can walk your dog and a tennis court if that takes your fancy. We could go to the farm fields and check out the pigs, chickens and current farm projects. It's a relatively short drive to a variety of great places to visit. Very friendly hosts, too!

I think the tub was quite new, which was great, but it was very slippy so you really must use the tub mat provided! I really can't think of anything we didn't like.

The property was extremely well equipped including tea bags, sugar, dishwasher tables and other cleaning products so we didn't have to buy any! It was a very comfortable stay with high end furniture and bedding. TV with netflix and freeveiw and alexa were great additions to the property

Pretty and cosy rural hideaway to escape for a while!!

We had a lovely stay at Yetland! Our hosts were friendly and helpful, and were quick to respond when messaging about any queries. The chalet was pretty and a good size for my partner and I. The grounds were also great, and the surrounding countryside makes the whole property a wonderful place to retreat to. We'd definitely recommend staying here!

Our bathroom felt a little dated, however the hosts did mention they were working their way through some upgrades, so I wouldn't be surprised if this changes in the near future. Having said this, everything still worked and was very clean, which is the most important thing!!
