This is a new hotel and they work really hard to ensure you have a great stay and cater for anything you need. The lady at reception was fantastic and really helpful, helping us with local info and providing umbrellas when the weather wasn't so good. The girl doing the breakfast service is an absolute boss and really on it, working very hard and ensuring that stuff is always available and ready. A lot of hotels fail at this, but not this one. The breakfast also had great options and is above average. The rooms are very nice, super comfy beds, nice and spacious and great bathrooms and showers. Easy to get to and from the bus station by foot and only a 10 minute walk down to the old town.

My only feedback would be that as part of breakfast, the orange juice is not great and joins the list of many hotels providing poor tasting juice. The chocolate cereal is also very poor and I'd advise the hotel to just pay a bit more for some Nestle chocopops instead which actually have some flavour. That being said, the breakfast is genuinely better than a lot of places, I'm just pointing this out if you want to really stand out with your offering. The aircon was also slightly fiddly, so maybe you could leave an instruction card in each room.

Exceptional, helpful staff. Close to Old Town and bus stop. Clean and new! Expansive breakfast with lots of variety.

I liked the clean fresh smell as you entered hotel and cleanliness of hotel in general .The Breakfast was decent with good choice and plentiful. Most of the staff were very sweet and pleasant .The location is central but on a very busy main road so noise. All in all a decent place but not what I would choose again personally

The noisy road and the fact they sell it as an Apartment when in reality it isn't we booked a. two bedroomed apartment.for 4 nights initially was quite impressed its all new .However it is def not an apartment nothing in the kitchen other. than 4. mugs a kettle and 3 wineglasses .No amenities one might expect when booking an Apartment no washing machine no microwave or oven they could get rid of kitchen area for what use it was a complete waste of space .My sons room a single bed was a bit prison cell vibe about it one small. window Good clean bathroom and nice shower . I am a pretty seasoned traveller and stayed in lots of hotels. from Luxury to basic Viale fell somewhere in middle Not what I expected at all . One staff member was quite rude when my. Granddaughter came to visit us sharply telling us guests were not allowed in rooms I ignored her it was my granddaughter visiting to drop something off she was there 5 mins the receptionist attitude was all wrong very abrupt .
