Lyons Riverside Retreat

Set just outside of town on the road to Estes Park, this riverside retreat delivers the kind of Colorado experience people come here for—privacy, sound of the water, and a true cabin feel without giving up modern comfort.

The home sits on steeper terrain above the river, creating elevated views and a sense of separation you won’t get in town. Step outside and you’re immediately in it—multiple outdoor seating areas, space to relax or entertain, and direct access down to the river.

Inside, the home is clean and updated with a modern kitchen that’s actually built to be used. Open living spaces, natural light, and a layout that works whether you’re here for a weekend or a longer stay.
