This home is like nothing you have ever stayed in before! Jam packed with games, murals, unique amenities, and centrally located in Arvada between Red Rocks and Downtown Denver. Watch a movie by the fire, take a dip in the hot tub, or play any of the 40+ games we have put in this home! If your group is in an adventurous mood it is also an excellent home base to Red Rocks, Olde Town Arvada, and Downtown Denver.

This home has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 15 guests comfortably. There are a total of 4 King beds, 3 Queen beds, a folddown couch and 2 additional large couches.
Bedroom 1 - The main upstairs bedroom has a 12-inch memory foam King mattress with a standout scrabble mural and private balcony.
Bedroom 2 - This Monopoly themed bedroom comes with two queen beds. It is perfect for kids and adults alike!
Bedroom 3 - This connect 4 themed room comes with a king bed, connect-4 mural, and a real connect 4 game.
Bedroom 4 - This bright Twister themed bedroom is found on the ground level and includes a huge King bed.
Bedroom 5 - This downstairs Tetris themed room is perfect for those who like to sneak off and watch their own movies. It comes with a King bed and 55" TV.
Bedroom 6 - This dominos themed bedroom comes with a queen bed and stays dark well into the morning for those who like to sleep in.

You'll find three clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find three walk-in showers. Two which have a shower/tub combo. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There are 8 stools at the counter for extra seating. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living and dining areas.
The living room continues with the jam packed games theme. It includes a beautiful new fireplace, two huge couches, foosball coffee table, and additional high end games for your group to enjoy.
There are many dining areas perfect for enjoying a meal. The main dining table is nearly 13ft long and has enough chairs for 14 guests, with an additional 8 chairs at the bar just behind it. This table is perfect for your group to enjoy all the games this house has to offer.
The entire top floor has windows letting in natural light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, take advantage of all the amenities, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need.

There is ample parking in the driveway and on the street for up to 6 vehicles.

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located in Olde Town Arvada with main access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and the Denver Airport. There are multiple grocery stores 2 minutes away and many local restaurants in the surrounding area!

This home is in a residential area on a quiet street and being respectful to the neighbors is our most important rule. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down promptly, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Our neighbors take this rule very seriously.
Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual, you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver/ Arvada, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!
Please note that we have installed a ring camera cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There is one near the front door that monitors the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and are stored in the cloud for a month. There is also a noise detection device installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden INSIDE and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.
Please ensure you are following the quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. We respect our neighbors very much and expect the same from your group.

Very comfortable home and my Family really enjoyed the game themed house. Would have loved to use the hot tub but there were no instructions as to how to turn it on, and then realizing it had already been on and warm.

House is great enjoy staying , carpet in living room was dirty but it didn’t bother me but we had infants with us so we had clean blanket on it so he can roll over and play

We had a group of 12 friends/ co-workers. We used the kitchen, games and hot tub! Would have loved to make a fire but it was super chilly and windy while we we stayed.
Location was great! Access to any we needed. Used delivery service and went to local grocery and restaurants near by.
This accommodated our group so well to have games at the table huge table, people cooking in the kitchen and watching football in the living room.
The bedrooms were so cool and needs felt great! Bathrooms had great amenities. The outside space was just perfect for hanging out and also letting our pups run. Would definitely stay again- can’t recommend enough.

House wasn't cleaned throughly, railings & shades broken. Yard was not well maintained, Grill was not ready to use. Had to purchase propane. No cleaning supplys ( sponges, rags etc) Garage full of trash, hot tub not cleaned completely, just filled with chemicals. Neighbor was HORRIBLE, ruined the stay, long before quiet time. Would not stay or recommended it to anyone with more than 2 people in a 6 bedroom home, he was horrible
