This home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood in Arvada with stunning views of the Front Range — you'll see the mountains right from the property, and on clear days the scenery is hard to beat. It's the kind of neighborhood where you can take a morning walk and feel a world away from the city, while still being minutes from everything.
Olde Town Arvada is about 10 minutes away and is genuinely one of the best walkable districts in the Denver metro. Historic Olde Town is included on the National Register of Historic Districts and is packed with locally owned shops, restaurants, breweries, a winery, and more than 20 boutiques and galleries. For food, standout spots include School House Kitchen & Libations — built inside the original Arvada schoolhouse from 1882, with over 1,800 whiskeys and Arvada's first rooftop patio — as well as Bread Winner's Café for brunch, Denver Beer Co for craft beers and live music on the patio, and New Image Brewing for some of the best hazy IPAs in the state. Olde Town's pedestrian-friendly blocks have blossomed into a culinary hotspot, with the city making its pandemic-era street closures permanent in 2021 and investing in outdoor dining and murals throughout. Visit Arvada + 2 Beyond Olde Town, the location puts you within easy reach of some of Colorado's best destinations. Golden and Clear Creek Canyon are 15 minutes west — great for whitewater kayaking, hiking, and the historic downtown strip. Red Rocks Amphitheatre is about 25 minutes away, whether you're catching a concert or doing the famous morning workout on the rocks. Downtown Denver is 20 minutes east, and Denver International Airport is approximately 40 minutes away.
For outdoor lovers, you're close to Two Ponds National Wildlife Refuge, Apex Park trail system, and countless Front Range hiking and biking options. This is a home base that works equally well for a mountain adventure trip, a concert weekend, a family reunion, or simply a relaxed Colorado getaway with views that remind you why people move here in the first place.
This home features a keypad smart lock for easy, contactless self check-in — no keys to pick up, no coordination needed. Your unique access code will be sent to you automatically before your arrival date. Simply enter your code at the front door and you're in.
Welcome to one of Arvada's most beautifully remodeled homes — a 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat designed to host your whole crew in style and comfort.
The heart of the home is a showstopping chef's kitchen featuring a massive 10-foot island that seats five, a 46-inch commercial-grade gas range, stainless steel appliances, white shaker cabinets, and designer pendant lighting. Whether you're cooking a full group breakfast or hosting cocktail hour at the island, this kitchen was built for it. It opens directly into a bright breakfast nook and casual dining area, making mornings feel easy and unhurried.
Step inside to a bright, open-concept living space with luxury vinyl plank floors, warm neutral tones, and thoughtfully curated furniture throughout. The bold modern black front door and welcoming entry set the tone from the moment you arrive. Just off the kitchen, a hidden gem of a sunroom awaits — gorgeous checkerboard marble tile, lush greenery, floor-to-ceiling windows, and cozy armchairs make it the perfect spot for morning coffee or an afternoon read.
The main floor is home to two private master suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The first is warm and elegant — a king bed with an upholstered headboard, plush designer bedding, dual nightstands, and a serene neutral palette. The second leans more dramatic, with charcoal accent walls, a channeled velvet king headboard, a swivel accent chair, and bench seating at the foot of the bed. Downstairs, the fully finished basement is where the fun really happens. The main entertainment space features an oversized sectional, a massive wall-mounted flat-screen TV with soundbar, an arcade machine, an air hockey table, and a neon sign that sets the vibe immediately. A private full bathroom sits just off this room so no one has to run upstairs mid-game. The basement also includes four additional bedrooms — a king suite with warm wood tones and earthy neutrals, a moody slate-blue king room with layered textures and a leather bench at the foot of the bed, a cozy queen bedroom, and a dual-queen room with two queen beds, matching nightstands, and warm ambient lighting. Two additional full bathrooms serve the basement level.
This home sleeps up to 16 guests across six bedrooms and four full bathrooms, and was fully remodeled with groups and gatherings in mind. Every room was designed to feel intentional, comfortable, and ready for your best trip yet.
For guests who prefer to get around without a car, the RTD G Line (Gold Line) commuter rail is your best option. The Olde Town Arvada Station is approximately 10 minutes from the home and connects directly to Denver Union Station in about 27 minutes. The G Line runs 7 days a week from 4:30am to midnight, with trains departing every 30 minutes. From Union Station you can connect to the rest of the Denver metro, including lower downtown, RiNo, Coors Field, and Ball Arena.
For airport travelers, take the G Line to Union Station and transfer to the A Line for a direct ride to Denver International Airport — total travel time is roughly 75–90 minutes including the transfer.
Rideshare via Uber and Lyft is widely available in this area and is the most convenient option for reaching Red Rocks, Golden, and the mountain corridor. Most guests find a car or rideshare to be the easiest way to fully explore everything the area has to offer.
