KushKations Playhouse is a beautiful, spacious, 420-friendly (indoor) 7-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home located just 20 minutes from downtown Denver and Red Rocks Amphitheater! With an open floor plan, multiple rooms, ample seating, and a variety of amenities, it’s perfect for entertaining your group. Challenge guests to a game of pool or poker, snap photos by the grass wall, or enjoy an arcade and PS5 tournament. Relax in the 420-friendly theater, unwind in the private sauna, or enjoy the large backyard with a hot tub, patio, fire pit, gas grill, and frisbee golf.

The Living Area

● One queen bedroom with futon and 32-inch Roku TV.
● One bedroom with 2 twin beds, futon, desk, and 32-inch Roku TV.
● All bedrooms include hangers and laundry baskets for convenience and privacy.
The Bathrooms: Four bathrooms total, which includes a hair dryer, plush towels, and shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.
Upper level: 2 full baths, including the ensuite in the king primary.
