Our stay at this VRBO was fantastic. The check‑in process was seamless, and any time I had a question, the hosts responded promptly and thoroughly. They were consistently warm, helpful, and accommodating, which made the entire experience feel effortless.The home itself was spotless, exactly as pictured, and exceeded our expectations. It offered plenty of space for our extended family of 11 adults and 6 kids, giving everyone room to relax without ever feeling crowded. The location was perfect—central to everything we wanted to explore in Boulder, Denver, and Colorado Springs.I highly recommend this listing for large groups or families. The hosts truly go above and beyond, and the property is an ideal home base for a Colorado getaway.

We had an outstanding stay at this property during CU graduation weekend. I would happily recommend it to anyone traveling with a large group. From the moment we arrived, it was clear why so many past guests have rated it so highly. Everything from the location to the space inside made for an exceptional experience.The biggest advantage for our group was how conveniently positioned the home is between Denver and Boulder. Both cities were easy to reach which made day trips effortless.Outdoor enthusiasts in our crew especially appreciated how close the property is to great walking trails and open spaces. There are several trailheads and scenic paths nearby, perfect for morning walks or just getting outside.The house itself was amazing for our group of 11 people, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The layout worked beautifully for both shared hangouts and quiet downtime. Large common spaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and multiple bathrooms made it easy for everyone to stay comfortable throughout the trip.Overall, this home hits the sweet spot for location, convenience, outdoor access, and space. We’d definitely stay here again!

house worked well for a lot of adults, we were hoping for a better view/ hot tub, and there's limited bathrooms for a big group. House was clean with kitchen periferals so that was a nice surprise,,,
