Welcome to Altitude Adjustment!! This 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom house features a fully remodeled kitchen, 3 living rooms, and 2 massive decks / outdoor space with city and mountain views. With over 4600 sq/ft, there is more than enough room for everyone in your group. Great central location with quick access to Denver/Old Town Arvada/Boulder/I-70. Extra amenities and recent upgrades include outdoor grill, dry sauna, huge deck, cornhole, ping pong and foosball tables!

We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:
- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am. Excessive and unusually loud noises and music can be punished with a fine by local authorities.
- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.
- Pets allowed with permission and reservation. There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee per stay and a maximum of two pets allowed. To ensure a smooth experience, unauthorized pets may result in a minimum $1,000 fee.
- Please close the hot tub cover when not in use.
- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees will apply if the guests fail to check out on time.
- Minimum age to book is 21.

We had 12 people stay and the house was great for us. We had booked another verbo for the weekend but got canceled last min and found this place. It was everything we needed.
