Parkside Retreat - NEW, HotTub, PoolTable & FirePit

We rate this place A! Our family reunion of 7 adults and 6 kids was really successful in large part because of the Parkside Retreat. The house is extremely well-equipped, from dishes to towels to pillows to kitchen equipment. It was spotlessly clean. In the 99 degree heat, the a/c did not let us down. There was plenty of room for the family to spread out, but also to hang out together in one space. Parking was easy - one garage bay, the driveway, and street parking. The yard was great, and the back gate to the park was used quite a bit. The park has fun playground equipment for kids from toddlers to middle grade. Communication with the hosts was easy, professional, helpful. Unlike some other rental homes we've used with other companies, there was very little we were required to do before we left (really just lock up!), though we did leave it clean and tidy. Thanks very, very much for helping us have a memorable good time together! We definitely would stay there again.

Great, easy stay in the Denver area. Recommend if you have a group of 10!

From check-in to check-out, everything about our stay was absolutely seamless. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better. The bathrooms were updated and modern, and the entire space was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including games and activities for downtime. The yard was a huge bonus—spacious, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing or playing outside. We also loved how close it was to the basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts—just a short walk away! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They were responsive, kind, and truly made us feel welcome.I can’t say enough positive things about this property. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone considering a stay—you won’t be disappointed!

Very nice! Would def recommend! Super clean! Loved it!
