Welcome to Camp Nostalgia, a vibrant, bold home just 15-minute drive to the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheater and the CO foothills! This 4-bedroom, 3-bath house has everything your group will need to relax and play, and is situated on an expansive 18,000 sq ft corner lot, giving you privacy and space to stretch out.
If you're planning on heading into the mountains for some skiing or hiking, you can easily hop on I-70 and avoid the traffic leaving downtown Denver.
Step into a spacious and thoughtfully designed home that effortlessly blends modern amenities with a touch of vintage charm. With four bedrooms and three baths, our house can comfortably accommodate a group of friends, a family, or anyone looking to experience the vibrant energy of the Denver area.
Each bedroom is uniquely decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere for a restful night's sleep. The open-concept layout ensures a seamless flow between the living spaces, creating an ideal setting for socializing and relaxation. When you're ready to dance the night away, put on a funky record, flip the switch to the huge rotating Disco ball, and see the space completely transform into a magical place as light reflects onto every corner of the space!
OUTSIDE OASIS
Venture outside to discover your own private oasis on our 18,000 sq ft lot. The expansive yard is not just a yard—it's an entertainment haven. Challenge your friends or family to a game of pickleball on our dedicated court, or unwind in the barrel sauna for the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. When you've worked up an appetite, throw all your favorites on the 36in Blackstone Griddle with four independent cooking zones so you can cook enough food to feed an army at any point in the day - breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
You will have access to the entire home, private pickleball court and barrel sauna. Guests will have five private parking spaces and there is ample street parking on this corner lot if additional parking is needed.
Multiple guests can easily go in and out of the house using the smart lock keypad, so no need to worry about who has the one key.

Please treat the home as if it were your own and you were living there -- that means be mindful of neighbors, keep noise down during late hours, no smoking inside the house, and clean up after yourself.* Thank you!

PET POLICY
We charge a $100/pet fee at the time of booking. We have several restrictions - no cats, no puppies under 1 year, and dogs must be spayed or neutered. We ask that guests regularly cleanup after their dogs in all outdoor spaces.

Overall, the property was so fun. A lot of thought went into the design so each room felt unique. Many fun features inside the house: disco ball, lots of places to lounge, and pickleball court in the backyard were fantastic. Check in was easy and check out rules were pretty clear. 20 minute drive from all of the places we wanted to visit for was perfect for our group.

We needed a place to host a 30th birthday party that allowed gatherings and pets. There were very few options but we selected this home. We appreciated the early checkin and late checkout. The house was well decorated and had many activities. However, i felt as if the upkeep was sub standard at the rate we paid. The front yard had quite a few overgrown weeds, lower bathroom door was damaged as well as a cabinet upstairs. Some of the lights were unplugged and we couldnt get them plugged back in. There was a karaoke machine that was dead and no charger in sight. The main thing that made this a 4 star review was there was a notice on the back porch that stated a 1000 fine for a noise complaint. With the party we had in mind this would have liked to know about the "active noise monitors" beforehand.

We were in town for a funeral, and this property provided the perfect gathering place for extended family, offering comfort, space, and a bit of much-needed cheer.The interior design was an absolute delight! The fun, quirky, and colorful 1950s retro design made every room feel unique and welcoming. The layout was perfect, offering plenty of room for all of us to eat together and spread out across three separate living areas.The backyard was truly amazing—a fantastic place to decompress and spend quality time together. The pickleball court was a huge hit, and we made great use of the covered patios and the outdoor seating.The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful, which made our stay seamless and stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better place to gather and support one another. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.
