Nice location on the southwest end of town, not a far drive from downtown Estes Park- about 5 mins. by car. Cabins were well-maintained and very clean.
The bed was super comfortable (although really high so almost had to climb up into it (I am 5' 8)
Nice kitchenette with complimentary coffee and bottled water.
Very clear, frienddly and prompt communications from the time of booking, thorughout stay and follow-up afterward.
Price was a little high but this is common for this area of Colorado. Unit was very cramped with the hot tub in it, not leaving much room for the chairs/coffee table in front of the TV. Because the hot tub is inside the unit, the smell of chlorine was really strong. This would not be a good place for asthmatics or anyone sensitive to the smell of chlorine.

The location is close to town, but far enough away to enjoy the mountains. The room was quite and well maintained. The hot tub was enjoyable. Sitting on the little porch eating dinner and watching the deer was awesome. We were able to grill and enjoy the outdoors. Look to the north, there is a large tree with a hole that goes all the way through, it is an owls nest.

Easy access to all of Estes Park with a car. The parking was convenient and I particularly enjoyed it being adults only just because it made it relatively quiet on site but I was also there during the week so it might have been less busy.
The Mountain View rooms do face the mountain a bit but calling it “Mountain View” is a little bit of a misnomer. The windows do face the mountain so you see more of the top of it, but there’s other houses/foliage in the immediate area that block it a bit if that’s your primary reason for choosing the particular room. It is facing away from the main shared common area so if privacy is your thing, you would prefer these rooms.

It was cozy, clean and in a great location from downtown Estes and RMNP. Staff were wonderful.
Pillows are too soft.
