Mountain Shadows Cabins

The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. The small kitchenette.

I’d like the fact that it had a hot tub, unfortunately the hot tub was actually in the room, and the middle of the night the water would circulate making noise. Also, when you went away for a few hours and came back, you open the door, the room would smell like chlorine. The property itself is not all that scenic, but the rooms were nice.

The location was beautiful and the cabin was very charming.

The pillows were a bit lumpy, and the hot tub would randomly turn on in the middle of the night. Once we unplugged it though it was fine.

Quiet, cabin was so cute, had everything I needed for my overnight stay in Estes! I room hot tub was so amazing. Just what is needed after a day of hiking and walking around Estes! Family owned property. Owner was awesome. He Provided recommendations for food and drinks in town and directions. Outside on Property, had hanging swing, firepit, BBQ. When I went outside to see the stars and night, the small trees outside porch had nice white lights on them , cool solar lights along sidewalk that created a cool pattern on the lawn! Beautiful night views! Had a fabulous stay! Would definitely stay again !

It was very close to restaurants and the park.

The chlorine smell was egregious. We were cracking a window and opening the door to air the space out. The floors were also very sandy even upon check in. Things felt kind of cheap from the bed, linens, and thin rubber mats instead of rugs. As mentioned in other reviews, these are duplexes and not single cabins as most photos indicate.
