Welcome to “Haus am Meer” on Langeoog. In our high-quality, modern “Denise Vacation Rental,” you’ll enjoy a wonderfully relaxing vacation. Just a short walk (about 15 minutes) and you’re at the North Sea!
The apartment covers approximately 70 m², accommodates up to four people, and features a separate entrance leading to the first floor. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, and decor with an eye for detail create a very warm and airy atmosphere.
After a bike ride or a day at the beach, the spacious and open-concept living/dining area invites you to spend cozy hours with your family. Here, you can enjoy cooking together, chatting, or watching TV.
You can easily prepare your vacation breakfast, snacks for an outing, or dinner in the modern kitchen area, which is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, sink, kitchen cabinet with freezer compartment, and coffee maker. A dining area at the wide kitchen counter offers space for your first morning coffee or hearty meals.
Two comfortable, separate bedrooms promise a restful night’s sleep. One of the rooms is furnished with a double bed (220 cm x 200 cm), the other with two single beds (200 x 100 cm each) and a crib. You can store your vacation wardrobe in the spacious closets. Both rooms have a TV.
A large, modern bathroom with natural light, featuring a shower, two sinks, a toilet, a large mirror, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer, as well as a separate guest restroom, provide additional comfort.
A private loggia adjoining the living room invites you to relax to your heart’s content. In the additional, spacious communal garden, our guests can enjoy breakfast at any time, relax on a lounge chair, or savor dinner after an eventful day of vacation. By arrangement with the Lamberti family, you’re welcome to prepare your meal on the property’s charcoal grill.
Pets are welcome. You’re welcome to bring your dog (max. 2).

Plenty of sunshine, endless sandy beaches, and always a gentle sea breeze... On the idyllic, car-free island of Langeoog in Lower Saxony’s Wadden Sea, you can unwind wonderfully. Whether in the first rays of spring sunshine, on hot days at the beach, or during the golden autumn and winter months—you’ll enjoy a dream vacation on Langeoog!
The “Haus am Meer” is located in a central spot near the beach, on the outskirts of Langeoog’s town center. The surrounding meadows exude a sense of peace and tranquility the moment you arrive. Small dirt paths along the edge of the meadows invite you to take walks in every season. After just a 15-minute walk (4-minute bike ride), you’ll reach the long, white main beach, where you can take leisurely strolls, build sandcastles, or swim in the sea. Areas patrolled by the DLRG guarantee a safe swimming experience.
The island center, which you can reach in just about 10 minutes on foot (2 minutes by bike), invites you to enjoy a leisurely vacation stroll with its small shops, cafés, and restaurants. A few blocks away from the house is a large playground for our younger guests.
In addition to comfortable, modern apartments, the “Haus am Meer” offers you a property spanning approximately 1,000 m². The lovingly landscaped garden, with its cozy nooks, is a tranquil spot for playing or for quiet moments with a good book. The on-site grill is available for use by every apartment. Our garden nooks invite you to enjoy, for example, a hearty breakfast or a cozy barbecue evening.
