Welcome to our exclusive “Vacation Rental 1” at “Haus Dünenblick.” As the name suggests, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the picturesque dune landscape here. This high-quality accommodations are located in the beautiful Pirolatal valley on Langeoog and is perfect for a relaxing vacation for up to five people. A lovely southwest-facing terrace and a balcony with panoramic views invite you to enjoy some relaxing downtime.
The duplex apartment in this quietly located end-of-row house spans 75 m² and extends over two floors (first floor and upper floor). On the lower floor, you’ll find an open-concept living area with a cozy couch corner, TV, Blu-ray player, and hi-fi system. The integrated modern kitchen—featuring an induction cooktop, oven, and dishwasher, among other amenities—as well as a dining area with a magnificent view of the garden provide the perfect setting for spending time together. From the living area, you can step out onto the spacious, covered, and furnished southwest-facing terrace. You’ll find another spot to relax in the adjacent private garden, complete with sun loungers.
A spiral staircase leads to the two separate bedrooms on the upper floor. One of the rooms is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a small sitting area. This room stands out thanks to its panoramic window front offering a breathtaking view of the Langeoog dunes. From the adjoining furnished balcony, enjoy the fresh air and the scenery, including beautiful sunrises—you can even hear the sea roaring from here! The other bedroom, facing the garden, features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a children’s bed (120 x 70 cm) for our young North Sea vacationers. Insect screens in both rooms allow for comfortable ventilation and an undisturbed night’s sleep. The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a comfortable small double bed (160 x 200 cm) and provides an additional sleeping space.
The spacious, naturally lit bathroom upstairs—featuring a roomy walk-in shower, toilet, and sink—along with the additional guest restroom downstairs, enhance your comfort and make daily bathroom routines more relaxing.
For our younger guests, the family-friendly “Vacation Apartment 1” is equipped with a high chair, a crib, a stair gate, a bed rail, outlet covers, and some toys as standard amenities.
Free Wi-Fi is available. A selection of books, CDs, and board games provides additional entertainment.
