The spacious Sea-Home apartment at Friesengut, centrally located on Langeoog, offers 100 m² of space for a comfortable stay for up to 8 people, with or without a furry friend. This stylishly furnished apartment spans two levels and is located on the second floor and in the attic. The first floor of the maisonette apartment is easily accessible by elevator. With a total of 4 rooms, including 3 bedrooms, Sea-Home is particularly well-suited for families or groups of friends who value comfort and privacy. Babies and toddlers are welcome—we even have 2 high chairs and cribs available for our youngest guests.
The highlight of this apartment is the separate living area in the attic, which features a bathroom with a shower-bathtub combination and a small kitchenette with a two-burner stove and a refrigerator. There is also a dining table here. This cozy one-room apartment can accommodate up to four people for a restful night’s sleep in a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and on a sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm). A TV is also provided. A glass door separates the upper and lower apartments.
On the lower level, the living area is connected to the kitchen and offers plenty of entertainment options on gray, rainy days. A home theater system, Blu-ray and DVD players, DVDs, numerous books, games, and a Wii console with several games are at your disposal. Free Wi-Fi ensures good connectivity. A cozy sofa and two armchairs are perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The furnished, covered balcony extends your living space outdoors, so you can enjoy a breath of island air whenever you like.
The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals: Kitchen amenities include, among other things, a 4-burner glass-ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, a Senseo and a Nespresso espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, blender, and a food processor. At the dining table in the kitchen area, you can enjoy meals together or plan your next island excursion.
Two bedrooms with large double beds (each 180 x 200 cm) on this level offer up to four people the chance to enjoy restful island dreams. Both rooms feature spacious closets for your belongings.
The lower bathroom features a large, open shower, sink, toilet, and a hair dryer. One set of towels and one set of bed linens are already provided and included in the price.
Convenient: The utility room next to the kitchen has a washer and dryer for your use. You’ll also find an iron and ironing board there. A laundry service is available during your stay for an additional fee.
