About this house rental
Welcome to the modern and luxuriously appointed Huus Meertied at Theodor-Storm-Straße 9 on Langeoog. This spacious 90 m² vacation home is designed for a relaxing getaway and offers plenty of room for up to 6 people. This house has everything you could want. There are a total of 4 rooms, including three bedrooms. Underfloor heating ensures a pleasant warmth throughout the house.
The comfortable living area, with its cozy sofa nook and armchairs, offers plenty of entertainment options even on those typical North Sea “Schietwetter” days— whether you’d like to relax in front of the large TV or wind down the day with a good book from the selection provided. Free Wi-Fi ensures good connectivity throughout the house.
A large dining table is perfect for shared meals, and the high-quality, open kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator, separate freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, blender, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The house features a large, partially covered terrace and an enclosed balcony, so you can enjoy the fresh lake breeze no matter the weather. The large, fenced-in garden is perfect for relaxing and unwinding, as well as for people and dogs to play and run around. Up to one furry friend is welcome here! In the entryway just outside the front door, there’s an additional small terrace with a beach chair, so you can freely choose between sunny and shady spots at any time—ideal for spending relaxing days by the sea.
For our youngest guests, two high chairs and two cribs are available upon request. A stair gate on the upper floor provides additional safety. A washer and dryer are available to help with longer stays, and an iron and ironing board are also provided. One set of bed linens and one set of towels per person are already included and waiting for you.
One bathroom is located on the first floor and is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. There is also a guest restroom on the first floor. A special feature of this house is the bedroom in the attic, which features a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm), a TV, its own sink, and a shower right in the room. Two additional cozy bedrooms are located one floor below, on the first floor. One is furnished with a single bed that converts to a double (80–160 x 200 cm) and a closet for your personal belongings; the other features a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a closet as well. From this room, you can step out onto the large balcony, where you can start your day breathing in plenty of fresh island air.
Huus Meertied is a smoke-free property. Contactless check-in and check-out via key safes ensure a convenient and flexible arrival and departure.
