With 95 m² of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living-dining area, the apartment on the mezzanine level offers plenty of space for a relaxing vacation in a laid-back atmosphere.
The living room welcomes you with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a TV, and a cozy dining area—perfect for spending time together with family or friends. A special highlight is the heated sunroom, accessible from the living room: a light-filled retreat that invites you to linger even on cooler days. From there, you have direct access to the large, peaceful backyard, which features a patio and plenty of space for playing, sunbathing, or relaxing.
The modern kitchenette is fully equipped and has everything you could need. The oven and microwave are at a comfortable working height, and the kitchen also features a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and all the essential kitchen utensils and small appliances—ideal for hassle-free self-catering.
All three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds (two measuring 180x200 cm, one measuring 160x200 cm), wardrobes, TVs, and blackout curtains. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink—ideal for parents or guests who want a little more privacy. A second bathroom, also with a shower and toilet, is additionally equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which you can use free of charge.
