Great little home for a short stay. Very clean and location is also very good, a direct bus ride to the city centre
Nothing we didn’t like, locking the back door was a little awkward and needed patience but not to a point it impacted the quality of the stay or anything

Location was really good if you want to bus into Edinburgh. Car parking spot brilliant. Friendly neighbours. quiet location.
Additional outdoor space was nice to sit in any time of day. 4 main seats to watch TV ample. use of owners TV account very handy. Well equipped kitchen/ bathroom. clean bedding and towels. was very pleased with the house. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage and hanging space .
Only downside was the pull out bed. There is room for a proper double and we think it would be best used for this. The fold out bed was narrow and too soft and we didnt get a good sleep on it, also the bracket at the end of the bed caught ankle on it twice as it sticks out but your eye doesnt see it.
