Amazing location private parking few handy local shops

Need front door light to help entering in dark otherwise good

Spacious. Well furnished kitchen with kitchenwares. Easy to reach tourist places at Edinburgh in 30 minutes by bus. The bus stop is just 1-2 mins walk from the house. It is located in a peaceful place, though it is adjacent to the road. All utilities were nicely maintained. e.g. heaters, washing machine, press, stove etc. The bed was comfortable. Well decorated interior. Craigmiller castle is just a 15 minutes walk.

No hot water at the washbasin in the bathroom (Hot water was available at all other taps). In the washing machine, drier option is not available. Something to store or hang clothes may have been useful.

Good location, close to bus stops which makes it easy to go to city centre. Has a newly renovated and pristine toilet/bath Free parking space about 1-2 min walk

Dining table and chairs would be good to have as it is difficult to eat There’s no curtain/blinds in the living room which also functions as a space to sleep The toilet is very nice and newly renovated but some parts of the property seems like wasn’t changed like the wardrobe mirror which looks rusty Unfortunately no spare sheets for the sofa bed One side of the sofa bed has a bad smell which may be not the owner’s fault but just so unfortunate if it was from the previous occupier the next one will have to bear with it, plus the fact of not having extra clean sheets. Communication was not very easy as it’s not very quick and have to go through booking.com messages which takes a while and difficult to get photos for directions especially if there’s only limited photos published on site
