About this house rental

Enjoy a very warm welcome to Milligan Rd Holiday Home! This modern and tastefully decorated two-floor house is perfect for visitors looking for a homely experience and privacy. This is a very safe location with easy access to and from the city centre of Edinburgh. Ideal place for families and groups of friends. Lovely back garden and free car parking on site. We hope you will have a wonderfully memorable time!

Modern, warm and welcoming home away from home where you can relax after a busy day, unwind and enjoy everything that Edinburgh has to offer.

The property provides comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests maximum. It has 2 relaxed bedrooms and 1 family bathroom with a bathtub and powerful shower over. There is a separate WC in the house. This stylish and very well-presented home offers comfortable living space. The living room enjoys plenty of natural light and is perfect to sit and relax around. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make a hearty meal, with light and airy dining area. The property benefits from a lovely back garden. There is also free car parking on site.

The entire property and all amenities available are for guest(s) use, so please make yourselves at home!

Check-in time starts at 4pm. If you are arriving earlier than this, please note that early luggage drop off is not available at our apartment. There are storage lockers and many other drop off points in Edinburgh. You can conveniently store your luggage at both Edinburgh Waverley Station and Edinburgh Bus Station.

Please note that this is a two-floor home. It may be unsuitable for guests with mobility issues.

Travel cot & high chair may be provided on request. Extra charge: GBP50.00 per stay.

The property is located in Newcraighall, to the southeast of Edinburgh city centre. Newcraighall offers a fantastic range of local amenities and leisure activities including cinemas, a gym, restaurants, coffee shops and major shopping outlets at Fort Kinnaird Retail Park. Holyrood Park and Portobello esplanade offer opportunities for walking, jogging and cycling and there are several golf courses located nearby.

Conveniently situated in-between the city centre, Arthur's Seat and Portobello Beach, the house seems the perfect base for a trip to Edinburgh.

A lovely place to stay for our Edinburgh Fringe trip. Good check in information before hand. House was super clean and well maintained. Kitchen stocked with enough equipment (although we ate out all tuem time!). Bedrooms lovely with lovely clean linen. A 3 minute walk from the number 15 bus stop which takes you directly to city centre.

The house was clean, comfy, and close enough to the main attractions in Edinburgh without being directly in the city. Beds were comfortable and overall the property was great!

The property was great. There were some misleading notations about the property when reviewed by an american coming to the country. There was a king size bed noted for one bedroom, but that bed was small. Not sure if a king size bed in the UK is different than here in America but maybe should be noted differently. It was one of the reasons we selected this place. Also, there was reference to a clothes dryer, but that also was not the case. Besides those two misunderstandings, the place was wonderful, clean and in a great spot for catching the bus. Everything worked out great and we had a wonderful time. Thanks!

Lovely place to stay with a family while exploring Edinburgh. We used Uber to travel into the city center and it worked perfectly. Safe and quiet area. Lots of parking. Close shopping center.
