Absolutely beautiful, well decorated and pristinely clean property literally around the corner from The Royal Mile and all it’s attractions & close to Waverley train station. It only took us 5 minutes or so to walk to the Edinburgh Military Tattoo .
The toilet seat was situated very low down /close to the floor

The location was perfect and the flat was in superb condition with first class facilities
There was a mistake giving wrong codes at both boxes Though it was rectified fairly quickly it was a panic when we could not gain entry and leaving messages on an answer machine. Correct codes would have avoided this.

Brilliant location, 7min walk from Edinburgh Waverley train station! And 10mins approx to all restaurants, cafes and stores.
The house was very spacious and great storage space
Good facilities in the kitchen and bedrooms
The host was very polite and helpful!
The flat is located on the third floor, so stay mindful if you are traveling with elderly.
The central heating wasn't working (not sure if it does)
However I visited during summer so didn't bother as much.
