Ruslan, the property manager , was absolutely outstanding. He helped us with the luggage and tourist tips outside of his work responsibilities and acted like an amazing host, he found the time to do this despite the fact that he is in charge of some 300 flats. Moreover, he gave us a free ride to the luggage building. He is simply an amazingly warm, hospitable and friendly human being. Absolutely the best host possible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the amazing experience 💗

Very good location right in the centre, new and modern, communication with host

At first communication with the host was not the best, but then during our stay the host was replying very fast which was very nice, electricity would sometimes go out so we had to go down to turn on the main switch a couple of times

It’s very modern and comfortable. Even the bedsofa was very comfortable

The apartment was on the fifth floor but no elevator - cause it was out of order. To get into the apartment u have to have three different kind of doors u need to open and each step had its problem. We managed to open the main door after 15mins of trying and the owner said we have to play with the keys. The next door which we had to open with a code was a also problematic since it didn’t respond for a long time too. Another thing I asked the owner if I can park anywhere near the apartment because I knew in Palermo there is ZTL which means that for certain zones on Palermo u need to book a certain permission for ur car to enter. If u don’t have it you will get a fine of 90€. The owner said I can park anywhere without any problem which was not true. Thank God someone told us that we are in the ZTL zone and that we definitely need to book the permission.
