This was exactly what I needed, simple, no appointments, no looking for any office, just go find the key and the apartment is yours. It was very convenient, on the cold days the AC could be used in heating mode.
I received the instructions a bit too late, but then the communication was nice. A user instruction (AC, induction cooker) would also be good.

The location was perfect right next to Via Maqueda and easy walking to shops, cafes, and all the important places to visit. Flat was vey clean spacious, comfortable and very quiet which we really liked.
Slight inconvenience was all the steps to get into the apartment - but that probably made it very quiet!

First of all the location was great, right in the center everything in waking distance. Even though it was so central the apartment was really quiet and the balcony was privat. It was clean and the air conditioning was working well also in terms of heating, the bathroom had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions on how to get in and out of the property. Overall it was a very pleasant stay!
Just some little things, like oil and pepper missing in the kitchen which are really the basics for an apartment and the cleanness of the cutlery.
