About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw from the historic Capo Market, where you can sample the best of Palermo's street food or choose from the countless delicious restaurants in the area.
It’s 400 meters from the Teatro Massimo and the Cathedral, as well as all the other major artistic and cultural attractions.
The area is also well-served by public transportation and amenities.
The apartment is laid out over two levels:
- The entryway opens onto the living area, which leads to a kitchenette equipped with a sink, coffee maker, electric toaster oven, and various kitchen utensils. The living area is completed by a refrigerator, a comfortable sofa bed, a table with four chairs, and a wonderful 55-inch TV.
To make your stay enjoyable, you’ll find coffee, sugar packets, salt, cold water, and some snacks for breakfast.
- The bedroom and bathroom are accessed via a convenient internal staircase, whose steps are covered in beautiful Sicilian majolica tiles.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a spacious closet with hangers inside, a dresser topped with a 32" TV, a very comfortable double bed, and two nightstands.
The bathroom features a sink, toilet, shower stall, two hair dryers, a complimentary toiletries kit, and a first-aid kit containing absorbent cotton, disinfectant, band-aids, gauze, and over-the-counter medications.
The home is fully air-conditioned in every room. It also has fiber-optic internet, which provides very fast Wi-Fi.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is an excellent base for experiencing the authentic Sicilian atmosphere, especially in this wonderful city.
