The Location cannot be beat. Excellent.
The Staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I could not figure out the Minisplit remote.
Loft added a lot of space to the room. Bed was very comfortable.
The kitchenette was ill equipped. The Tea pot was full of build up. The Mocha pot was tiny and very old and unclean. Coffee cups were stained. Calcium deposits on the faucet.
The bathroom shower glass had soap build up.
Narrow stairs to the loft were unnerving to descend at 2am when needing the toilet.

The location of the apartment was perfect, right near Centro Storico and lots of tourists attractions and restaurants. All the rooms were exceptionally clean and it smelled wonderful! The beds were comfy. The air conditioning was very good. The kitchen was well equipped.
The second bedroom was a bit stuffy as the aircon didn't reach it. The shower wasn't very powerful. The kettle needs to be replaced.

It’s a very nice location, just right in the middle to everywhere.

Great position, right in the middle of the 4 districts. We arrived late but Giusy and Vincenzo waited for us to check in and explained where everything was. They also left some coffee and food for breakfast
