I liked the location of the apartment, it was convenient to town and was in a safe area. The apartment was in good condition and very clean. The apartment building is located around the corner from a few cute coffee shops that turn into bars in the evening. A nice area to be for breakfast or a drink at the end of the day.

I was really unhappy with the beds in the apartment. The full bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. I went numb during certain parts of the night and couldn't sleep due to the discomfort. I would suggest changing the mattress on that bed, it is really not suitable for anyone to sleep on. Additionally, the check in process was completely disorganized. I tried getting the check-in information from the owners, but the language barrier made it a challenge. It turned out, there was a person responsible for the check in process- his name was Daniel. I notified the owners on booking.com two days in advance we would be arriving late in the evening in order to have someone be there to check us in. When we arrived, no one was available to check us in. Instead, I got a rapid phone call from Daniel explaining everything to me on the phone on how to get into the apartment. We got into the apartment just fine, but I was unhappy with this service. I was especially unhappy when Daniel showed up the next morning at the apartment unannounced, when he told us the night before he would stop by that evening. Very unprofessional and I do hope for the future this improves.
