The location for this place was far better than I anticipated. The alley it was in led straight into the main pedestrian street, directly opposite Palermo Cathedral. It was so easy to get everywhere. The rooms were good sizes, the shower was nice and hot. There were three small balconies,perfect to dry clothes on. There is a second toilet in the laundry which was handy with 3 guests. The apartment is up one set of stairs and the building felt very safe.
Only two things come to mind. The first we solved quickly- not much toilet paper was left for 3 people staying for 7 days. No problem, we bought more.
The only real problem was the rowdy neighbours. I don't know if it's one large family or a series of families but I guess because they don't have a back yard, the alley becomes their back yard. Kids and adults were shouting out to one another all day. I can understand a fair bit of Italian, and the shouting wasn't aggressive, but it was a lot. We were out almost every day so it wasn't a huge problem, but it wouldn't be very relaxing if you wanted to nap during the day.

La città offre tantissimo tra storia, arte ed eventi.

Sehr gut gelegen, ca.30 meter von der Kathedrale Palermo. Grosszugige Wohnung mit kleiner Küche, kleines Wc, Grosses WC mit Dusche.
2 Schlafzimmer, grösse der Zimmer reichen für das was man im Zimmer ist.. Etwas Mineralwasser im Kühlschrank, Kaffekapseln sowie Tee vorhanden. Im ganzen sind wir Zufrieden und würden wieder die Gäste von Roberto und dessen Frau sein.
Die Wohnung ist Ringhörig und in der schmalen Gasse sind die Bewohner laut. Sauberkeit kan immer Besser sein und ist auch ansichtsache, Hatte wahrscheinlich noch Haare vom Vormieter auf Fixleintuch, kurz abgewischt und gut wahr. Das Bett wahr mir zu Hart.

Die sehr schöne Wohnung und ihre Zimmer sind sehr großzügig, die Räume hoch - hat uns gefallen. Zwei Toiletten sind immer komfortabel. Schöne große Dusche. Kaffee, Zucker und Gewürze vorhanden - immer gut, um nicht für paar Tage alles kaufen zu müssen. Jedes der drei Zimmer hat einen schönen kleinen Balkon raus auf die schmale, erstaunlich untouritische Gasse. Kathedrale steht in Sichtweite am Ende der Gasse. Sehr gute Lage.
W-LAN im hintersten Zimmer manchmal schwach.
