Our apartment on the second floor (no elevator) of a building of the early 900 fully restored, is structured on two levels connected by an internal staircase and consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room room with kitchenette and a terrace.

We only had one problem w our stay in Palermo @ Maurizio’s place - it was too short! The apartment is amazing! RIGHT in the middle of the Capo Market but you would never know it inside. It is VERY QUIET - and the bedroom dark so we slept beautifully - the bed is also extremely comfortable. Maurizio is a kind man and a great communicator - his restaurant recommendation (#1) on the list was a traditional and local dinner w a history worth knowing. The restaurant across the street became a favorite of ours w delicious fish and thoroughly welcoming owners and waiters. We felt immediately at home. Lastly, the apartment is centrally located - so easy to get to all the landmarks .. we HIGHLY recommend staying at this wonderful apartment.

Host very accommodating. Loved watching the market set up and then disappear every day. Host helped us with taxi to airport at 4am. Giovanni the taxi driver was great.

Maurizio was a very accommodating and friendly host. The apartment was lovely and located in a great location central to many of the things in Palermo. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, bath towels, and bedding provided. It was very comfortable for a long stay for my colleague and I.
