Rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo o forse di più!!! L’host è molto gentile. La casa è centralissima: a 1 passo da piazza teatro massimo, quartiere vivo e tranquillo. Ci sono le scale ma fattibile.

La ubicación del apartamento está muy bien. Está cerca de bares y restaurantes. Nos dejaron agua fría gratis en la nevera. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien.
No tiene ascensor, hay que subir 4 pisos de escaleras para llegar hasta el apartamento. Realmente tiene solo una habitación. La "segunda habitación" es un altillo que hay en la cocina. No es muy cómodo ya que hay que subir una escalerilla. Los colchones muy blandos, para mí no muy cómodos. La tasa turística se paga en efectivo en mano al dueño.

L'appartamento è in una posizione fantastica! Vicina al Teatro Massimo. Ci sono moltissimi locali in cui poter mangiare di tutto e bancarelle con tutto a 1€. Palermo fantastica! A piedi si possono raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni della città e anche i mercati come la Vucciria e Ballarò. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e in casa si trova tutto l'occorrente per passare un ottimo soggiorno!
Unica pecca se vogliamo trovare il pelo nell'uovo è che per portare le valigie bisogna fare un po' di scale. Ma tutto superabile!

Une des deux chambres est traditionnelle
L'autre chambre est une mezzanine seulement accessible par une échelle, à 2,50 ml de haut, ce qui n'était pas mentionné, et difficile pour des septuagénaires ! A noter également que l'appartement est au 3ème étage, sans ascenseur.
