plenty of room. Near the min street passed the park where you turn left to the Main Portal and rifht to the Palermo Cathedral and down the main street. Street market to the right of the cathedral and down 2 blocks. ATM to the right around the corner in a police station alcove. Two days in guests from Germany told me about the Bodega across the street. Very helpful as the grocery story is Very far away.
I had to constantly ask for things like clothes pins and coffee. It was extremely difficult to communicate with her. I could not understand her dialect.The hall light kept going out which made unlocking the door very difficult, and it was a 30 minute walk to the train station. i had no idea the place was that far away. I would have taken more day trips but the cost of the trip and a cab was prohibitive. It is 80euros to the airport. There was no information about bus lines available and where to get them. So be prepared. The last 2 days I was getting ants on the table.

Ideal location few steps away to the cathedral and the vivid city center.
Perfectly communicated next to the Palazzo Reale station.
Amazing staff.
We have forgotten a valuable item and got it recovered in a week time once we were back in Palermo.
The owner was amazing and responsive with helping us with our problem.
Cannot recommend it more!
