Апартаменты расположены в отличном месте, это практически исторический центр и рядом множество достопримечательностей в шаговой доступности. Апартаменты полностью соответствовали описанию и предоставленным фото. Хозяин был всегда на связи и подсказывал при необходимости.
По комплектации в номере не хватило стиральной машинки (были в жаркий период и после пляжа хотелось бы постирать вещи). Дать более четкие инструкции по заселению, не сразу разобрались где искать ключ и которая дверь наша, но тут ситуацию исправил хозяин с подсказками.

Mitten in der Altstadt aber trotzdem total ruhig. Gastgeber/Besitzer unglaublich nett. Ich habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Fühlte sich so an, als ob ich selber da wohne/lebe.
Sorry, aber mir fällt nichts negatives ein.

Posizione davvero ottima, subito dietro al Teatro. Una volta capita la strada più frequentata ci siamo mossi con disinvoltura anche di notte. Casa accogliente, moderna e bene attrezzata. Ristrutturazione recente. Ottima insonorizzazione e buona la disponibilità dei comfort. Nel complesso super consigliata. Torneremo volentieri
Da migliorare la pulizia, più che altro della polvere presente ovunque e in quantità, ma visto il periodo del soggiorno era probabilmente vuota da un po'.

L’appartamento è molto accogliente, dotato di tutti i confort. La posizione eccellente. Il proprietario è stato veramente molto gentile e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente.
