The property is very well-located, right next to a traditional market, supermarket, a bakery. The area is safe and lively. The apartment was clean. We had no issues with the wi-fi.

The bathroom fan is awfully noisy, even with ear plugs we were hearing it all the time. It’s tied to every water source (shower, sinks, bidet), so when you put the water on, even for a second, the loud sound starts blaring. The worst part was that it was somehow tied to another apartment as well, so every time our neighbors washed their hands, or used the bathroom, the fan sounds began. There was very limited space to hang our stuff in the bathroom, which can be challenging in the summer. There wasn’t any shower gel, so you should come prepared (that is, of course, not mandatory to be provided from the host).

The stairs going up the unit is very very tight, there’s no lift, which is common but the stairs is ridiculously tight (basically just 1 shoulder width) that I’d not recommend if you have big luggage or multiple suitcases.

Beautiful location and comfortable, clean apartments with everything you need provided. My family had rented 3 apartments in the building, and the stairs were narrow - but this is something we expect when we rent in a historical city center. For those with lower mobility, the ground-floor apartment had no stairs, which was great for my grandmother. The host was warm, welcoming, super responsive, and the location couldn't have been better either - close-by shops, restaurants, sightseeing locations... Top value for money!

The owner was bad at comunication. We came and check in wasnt even started and we had to wait on the street and try to call the owner.
