New Cape Cod Condo Near Beaches

The most important aspect was how clean and well renovated and maintained it was ! Beautifully done and clean design! Love the little private patio with the chairs to have the morning coffee ! Love the parking lot - very spacious first come first served Love that the entrance to the apartment is right across the entrance so you don’t have to walk through a whole mace of apartments to get to yours ! IT is really well insulated - SUPER QUIET I could NOT hear a píp or single word from the outside and viceversa … AWESOME

Nothing … maybe but this is more a suggestion than a dislike …we would have found helpful and needed an extra sitting chair in the kitchen counter or maybe a little desk on the side ! At the end the day we really didn’t need it . The apartment comes with everything you might need! Just be aware that there are stairs to go down from the parking lot to the front door ! We didn’t need elevators but just be mindful if you have mobility issues or a baby !

Clean and comfortable. Convenient to stores and restaurants plus only a 20 minute drive to Coast Guard Beach on the Atlantic Coast! Paula was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and took care of our needs. Quiet neighborhood.

Maybe consider a firmer mattress for the bedroom…but that is always a personal preference.

Our stay at the condo was exceptional. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We especially enjoyed the private outdoor patio—it was the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the condo cool and comfortable, even on very hot days. The location was excellent, and the host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
