About this cottage rental

Sweet one bedroom cottage in the heart of Brewster. Nicely renovated with fully equipped kitchen, gas range, full sized refrigerator. There is a queen pull out sofa in the living room and a dining area. The separate bedroom has a queen bed. Out back is a private patio with picnic table and gas grill. Fresh and clean throughout. Walk to shops, great restaurants, and just seven tenths of a mile to the beach. We are also right on the bike trail where you can ride from Dennis to Wellfleet, Harwich to Chatham with stops at ocean beaches and fresh water ponds along the way. Nickerson State Park is very close by as well. The Cape Cod National Seashore is a short drive away. No cleaning fee if the cottage is left in a neat and clean condition. $35.00 flat fee extra for linens or bring your own.

This cottage is perfect! I didn’t realize there was no AC when booked but the evening breeze kept us a comfortable temp! Would stay again. Could walk to tons of cute places to eat and the bookstore & coffee shop on the corner!

The cottage is very comfortable and has everything we needed for a 4 days stay. Evelyn stopped by to check if everything is OK. I would rent it again if we come back to Cape Cod. Olga M New York
