We had a great stay. It was easy to connect with our host. Beds are very comfortable and it was wonderful not to have to bring sheets and bath towels. The grill looked like it was brand new. I would add a lobster pot and some more pots with lids to the kitchen amenities, and some extra towels for kitchen and bathrooms, but these are small things. It was very nice to have a starter set for toilet paper, dish pods, etc. We made sure we did the same for the next guests. We had a wonderful vacation!

When we arrived at the property, it was clean and neat. Floors were wood laminate throughout which we preferred over carpet and were very easy to keep clean. The home was in one of the golf villages which was extremely well maintained. Appliances were in working order, but kitchen accessories could have been better. Few glasses, sparse silverware, unsharpened knives, and overall disorganized. Although the owner clearly stated that they did not have membership privileges, the VRBO description listed a pool as an amenity which we could not use and were very disappointed. Also, there was no gas grill, which was listed in the amenities. When asked, the owner said it had broken, and they could not replace it. Given the price we paid, I felt this was unacceptable. This should not have been listed in the amenities. Since we were there for 2 weeks, this was a major inconveniece.Dayan was very responsive anytime we contacted her. This ia our favorite location on the Cape since it is centrally located and will return to the area several times next year.

Loved the accommodations and the proximity to so many attractions on the Cape. Everything was as advertised. Host very friendly and welcoming.

We assumed we could get pool passes. I did not read ad carefully so we were a bit disappointed. The big issue was the cooling and heating. Very slow. Never had an experience like it.
