The service was excellent. They introduced us to the city in our own language, suggested places, offered us a guide, and had a talk every time we met them. Excellent staff.
Be prepared to walk upstairs to get to the room. I would not recommend it to people with low mobility.

Kind friendly staff do more than expected to make you feel welcomed. The breakfast was excellent.
Some parts of the rooms are too rustic and could use touch ups. It is expected for an old building, but during the off season they should inspect and improve it.
