The staff, the hotel and the place was fantastic 👌. We were upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking the old city.The Breakfast and coffee was fabulous in the morning .
Muhammed, Hammed and Oggmam was incredibly happy and very helpful.
The big advantage about the fabulous place was the swimming pool and location!
Myself and my son will definitely return back!

We had a lovely weekend at Palais Shazam. The staff were very welcoming and accomodating. Our room was exceptional, with a lovely balcony. The breakfast was substantial and delicious and we also enjoyed a lovely lunch by the pool. The pool area was beautiful and the pool was so refreshing. The location was perfect. Thanks for a short but very enjoyable stay in Fez

Such friendly hosts that immediately made us feel welcome. The location was easy to find, the hammam treatment was very good and the food was great. Special thanks to Ali for always being so sweet and helpful!
Maybe a bit more sunbeds, the bathroom could be better with a bigger bath mat and easier soap dispenser but those are very minor details - everything else was great

It’s in the centre of the medina but it is quiet. Their garden is airy and nice with shade. The staff is nice. The ping pong table was a life saviour so teens could play. The room was large. The restaurant food was nice and not overpriced.
The pool was emptied despite being advertised as on all year long and that’s why I had booked it. Then they started doing some refurbishing work with hammer drill which was extremely loud and would stop us at times to enjoy the garden.
Breakfast served is an unhealthy plate with a lot of breads and cakes and no option to get fruits ( other than a few banana and apple bits ( which is strange since they have so many oranges!) or yogurt.
