I came to Valencia to visit my daughter. The apartment is very conveniently located — close to the university, the beach, supermarkets, and a bus stop.
It is a small studio apartment, ideal for 1–2 people and very comfortable. The bathroom is completely new. The kitchen has everything you need, including a washing machine and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The apartment is also perfectly suitable for long-term stays.
The bed is comfortable, and I especially liked the balcony with a view of the park.
Next time, I will definitely stay here again without any hesitation.
There is no elevator in the building, but there is only one short flight of stairs. This might be a downside for some people, but for me it felt quite authentic.
