Valencia Flat Rental Malvarrosa Beach zone

The location of the accommodation is great, really 5 minutes away from the beach side, nearby there are several shops with food and different beach stuff, in addition to that there is an easy access to the public transport which can lead you to the city center or the city of arts, very close. The picture reflect the reality of the accommodation it is well staffed with the different devices like coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and large number of glasses and dishes in addition has a good lightning in different rooms and also the balcony is nice for the evening time. We went with a family with 9 y.o. kid and she loved it.

Some days it was a bit loud noise coming from the neighbours from the next floor, but it was a minor thing.

Clean and spacious great area close to all amenities, and the beach. Also great bus routes on your door step. Would highly recommend staying.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and close to the beach and supermarkets. The staff which were in charge of managing the property were very responsive and nice, always willing to do their best in helping us.

The area where the apartment is located is not the best one from Valencia from what I could tell, but I never felt unsafe, not even at night.

A lot of space, the beach is very close, the bus for all directions are in a next street. In kichen you have everything, also enougj clean sheets, towels...
