Eine bessere Lage gibt es nicht, von der Traumterrasse über 5 Stufen zum Strand. Matratzen sehr gut, Bäder sehr gut, Heizung sehr gut (wir waren im Dezember/Jänner), Möbel, Böden, Ausstattung generell sehr gut.
Ein sehr kleines Minus war die Sauberkeit der Töpfe und des Kochgeschirres. Dies war mit einem Spülmaschinendurchgang auch erledigt, sollte aber für jeden Mieter im Vorfeld gemacht werden.
