Heart of South Kensington

Brand new, recently renovated. Literally steps from the south Kensington tube station. Couldn’t have been more convenient. Has a little kitchen, including a microwave and a stove, and laundry facilities, but not a dryer. Even has a dishwasher. Bedroom is very comfortable, air-conditioning is very effective, quiet, and the staff were amazing. Couldn’t have been better.

The supplies in the bathroom could have included hair conditioner, but it did include shampoo and body wash. There was no soap on the sink, so I just transferred the shower gel from the shower to the sink. Facial tissue would’ve been nice, and a trashcan in the bathroom, but we gave this feedback to the facility and they are planning to fix all of these things so really I don’t have anything bad to say except but there is not an elevator so stairs are a problem for you this is not a good spot to stay. However, even though we were on the fourth floor, the staff brought our luggage up and down, so all we had to get upstairs where our bodies.
