Location was absolutely fabulous and the apartment was well equipped. You are a stones throw from the most incredible museums and galleries and just minutes walk from public transport. You are spoilt for choice on restaurants and although right in the heart of it, it’s a remarkably quiet spot.
The mattress on the bed was diabolical, thin and curling up at the corners. It really wouldn’t take much to replace that and I think it would make a huge difference to the overall comfort of the stay at the apartment. Fixtures and fittings all felt a little dated throughout and quite honestly the apartment was not the same as the one advertised in the images online. From reading the reviews, the one online is possibly in the basement, so in that sense we were happier to be on the first floor.

Fantastic location, round the corner from natural history museum. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and train station on hand right next to apartment

The location was perfect, very close to the Tube station and a short walk to the Royal Albert Hall which was where we were going on the Saturday night.
The apartment was not the one photographed on the advert when i originally made the booking and on several reminders. This was why I booked the apartment and was a little disappointed to find we were in a completely different apartment when we arrived which I felt was cramped for 4 people.
